In the area of cooperation, there is often a mismatch between training offerings and actual business demand, which causes companies in sectors of strategic interest to struggle to recruit qualified personnel. In the face of this common problem, a territorial cooperation approach is essential.

The central objective is economic and social development, identifying the specific needs of companies in strategic sectors and ensuring that employment training support policies and training programs are aligned with these needs. This will foster a highly competent and adaptable workforce, contributing to sustainable growth, stimulating open innovation and digital transformation, and increasing business competitiveness.

MAC SKILLING offers a distinctive value through its innovative approach, which brings together the various stakeholders in the ecosystem. Notable initiatives include a platform that connects existing training programs in strategic sectors with job opportunities from companies and support measures from public administrations, as well as the development of pilot microcredentials.
