
The MAC Skilling project launches the online training programme “Train-the-Trainer Programme in Entrepreneurship” aimed at teachers and trainers, professionals and project managers, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Registrations open until Monday, 13th April 2026. The training will begin on Tuesday, 14th April and will end on Tuesday, 26th May.
Participants in this training will have priority access to the open innovation programme with companies from Macaronesia.

To equip participants to understand, apply and transmit the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and innovation, developing both the technical skills and the mindset needed to identify opportunities, design viable business models and lead entrepreneurial projects in digital and collaborative environments, with special emphasis on the ability to teach and support others in their entrepreneurial journey.

Online training via the Moodle platform, combining live sessions in English with simultaneous interpretation and independent work.

Teachers and trainers: lecturers in Further Education, Universities, in entrepreneurship, etc. Who wish to incorporate active learning methodologies and content on innovative entrepreneurship and open innovation into their training.
Professionals and project managers who seek to mentor and support open innovation projects.
Entrepreneurial ecosystem: incubator managers, local development officers, economic development agents, etc., who wish to learn practical tools to support open innovation projects.

Module 2: Psychology in Entrepreneurship – Mindset and Resilience.
Module 3: Open Innovation and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.
Module 4: Digitalisation and Business Strategies.
Module 5: Business Models, Differentiation and Innovation.
Module 6: Bootcamp and Final Pitch.
